Shipping Policy

All orders placed on are fulfilled from our warehouse in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  

Our goal is to ship every order in the same business day that we receive them, but on occasion, it may take up to 2 business days for us to fill and ship some orders.    

Orders are packed and marked as shipped 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday.  

Orders Received Monday - Friday by 12:45pm with USPS Priority Mail Express selected as the shipping method are dispatched to USPS same day to help enable USPS to meet their guaranteed delivery timeframe. 

Orders are dispatched to the shipping carriers selected at checkout Monday-Friday.  Due to limited secure package drop off availability on Saturdays, all orders packed and marked as shipped on Saturdays are dispatched to the shipping carriers on the next business day.  



We ask all of our customers to please double check their addresses prior to submitting their order.  Our shipping software imports shipping addresses and creates labels exactly as submitted by our customers.  If you've submitted an order and realize you've made a mistake, send us a message and we'll do our best to catch it.  

We strongly suggest that all of our customers order to addresses where they regularly receive mail to prevent misdelivery and return of packages.

We're sorry, but we're unable to refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable.  If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method.  


We encourage all of our customer to take advantage of Route Package Protection coverage for their orders!

Customers have the option to select USPS or UPS as their shipping carrier for their order.    

USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground typically offer a similar 3-5 day delivery timeframe for most addresses in the US.

UPS Ground is NOT a guaranteed or expedited delivery service.  

If your order is marked as delivered by USPS, but you have not received it, you will need to contact USPS.  We have no control over the delivery process.  Issues regarding missing or delayed packages will be handled by USPS.  We are unable to provide refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered by USPS but reported as missing.  If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please start a missing mail search with the USPS here: Find My Missing Package.
