Shipping Policy

All orders placed on Zuluvape.com are fulfilled from our warehouse in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. All orders placed on Zuluvape.com are subject to review prior to fulfillment. Orders that require review prior to shipment will be marked with the status "Manual Verification Required". In some cases, we may reach out to confirm details of the order prior to shipping orders.

Same Day Order Fulfillment
Orders received and confirmed by 11am EST Monday - Friday leave our warehouse SAME DAY. Orders received after this cutoff will be shipped on the next business day. Orders packed and marked as shipped on Saturdays, as well as orders placed on Sundays are shipped on Mondays.

Same Day Order Fulfillment is only offered for Retail orders. For Wholesale orders, our goal is to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them.

Free Shipping
Free Shipping is offered to Retail Customers on orders valued $150 or more after the application of any discounts, promotions, or coupon codes. Free shipping is not available for Wholesale Customers. The Shipping Method for Free Shipping will be USPS Ground Advantage, which has an 2-5 business day estimated transit time.

Addresses
We ask all of our customers to please double check their addresses prior to submitting their order.  Our shipping software imports shipping addresses and creates labels exactly as submitted by our customers.  If you've submitted an order and realize you've made a mistake, send us a message and we'll do our best to catch it.

We strongly suggest that all of our customers order to addresses where they regularly receive mail to prevent misdelivery and return of packages.

We're sorry, but we're unable to refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable.  If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method.  

Delivery
All delivery timeframes presented at checkout are only intended as estimates. We are unable to guarantee any specific delivery date or timeframe. Shipping costs are not refundable for any reason.

We encourage all of our customers to take advantage of Route Package Protection coverage for their orders!

Retail Customers have the option to select USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express as shipping methods at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail is not an expedited or guaranteed service, and typically provides delivery within the lower 48 states within 1-5 days of acceptance by USPS.

If your order is marked as delivered by USPS, but you have not received it, you will need to contact USPS.  We have no control over the delivery process.  Issues regarding missing or delayed packages will be handled by USPS.  We are unable to provide refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered by USPS but reported as missing.  If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please start a missing mail search with the USPS here: Find My Missing Package.
