Frequently Asked Questions

We make every effort to ship each order in the same business day it was received.  Due to the volume of orders we receive on a daily basis, we ask our customers to please allow 1-2 Business days for orders to be fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier. 


Age Verification

Federal Law requires all online vapor product retailers and distributors verify the identity and age of all customers purchasing product from their websites, and establishes the minimum legal age of online sale as 21 years old.  Zuluvape utilizes Agechecker.net, a service that allows many users to instantly verify their ID by answering a few basic questions about themselves.  In some cases, users will not be able to instantly verify and will be required to submit a copy of their valid, government issued ID.

What shipping options are available?

We offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipping options.  Unfortunately, we no longer offer overnight shipping options VIA Fedex or UPS.

My order has been placed, where can I find my tracking number?

You should receive your tracking number via email once the label for your package is created.

I would like my order to be shipped out the same day my order is placed, what time do I need to place my order by so it ships same day?

Due to the volume of orders we receive daily, we are not able to guarantee same day shipping.  Typically, orders are shipped within one business day.   

I received my tracking number, but it is not showing any updates, what does this mean?

Our system will generate an email with tracking number as soon as a label is created. Packages are dropped off to the carrier twice a day Monday-Friday and once on Saturday. Sometimes scans are not updated until later in the evening, or the following day.  In the event that you are concerned your tracking information has not been updated, please reach out to us at support@zuluvape.com.

Once your order has been tendered to the delivery carrier, the actual delivery date depends entirely on the carrier.  Transit times may be affected by a variety of factors- extreme weather, natural disaster, national emergencies or the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. 

 

We are unable to provide any updates beyond the tracking number provided when your shipping label was created.

 

We are unable to refund shipping costs due to carrier delays.  

 

I received the wrong item, or my item is damaged, what should I do?

In the event you receive a wrong item, or item is damaged, please email an image of your item with the packing slip to support@zuluvape.com.

Is discreet packaging offered?

Yes, all packaging is discreet. There are no logos or product information on delivery packages. 

My order has been placed, where can I find my tracking number?

You should receive your tracking number via email.

Is overnight shipping option available? 

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer overnight shipping as an option to our customers.  

 

My order status is showing 'delivered' on tracking, however I did not receive my item. Will you send me a replacement for any lost or stolen items?

We send a tracking number for your package as soon as the shipping label is created.  Please use this tracking number to check for status updates on your package.

Once an order has been tendered to USPS, we are unable to provide further updates regarding delivery dates.

If your order has been marked as "Delivered" by USPS on their tracking page, but you have not received it, you MUST FIRST CONTACT THE POST OFFICE.

The shipping address we print on the labels is the shipping address you provide at checkout.  Please make sure you provide us with an address you normally receive mail and packages at to ensure you receive your package!

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE CORRECT ADDRESS IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER***  Please be sure to check your mailbox, front door, or check with neighbors to see if your package was placed at their box or doorstep accidentally.
