What is the PACT act?

In late 2020 congress passed a group of laws titled the Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act. This has now been called the Vape Mail Ban.

The laws state that USPS will now prohibit shipments of all vape products along with any product that follows the criteria of intent to use for nicotine/tobacco. USPS will begin these regulations on April 26, 2021. UPS and Fedex have followed suit and will no longer be shipping April 5th. 

How will the PACT act affect me?

The PACT act will prevent us from shipping all our vaping products to our customers via USPS (April 26th, 2021) and UPS (April 5th, 2021), however we will offer alternative affordable delivery methods.

What does this mean for the future?

We are currently working on shipping solutions in order to take care of all of our valued customers. We have secured several options so don't fret, we are not going anywhere. What happened to free shipping? 

Unfortunately, the combination of the new PACT Act Regulations on USPS shipping AND private carriers like FedEx and UPS ending transportation of vapor products on their US networks have resulted in us being left with two current options for shipping- USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express.  We are regrettably unable to offer these shipping options for free at this time, and are working diligently to provide a fast, affordable shipping solution for our customers.  

My order has been placed, where can I find my tracking number?

You should receive your tracking number via email once the label for your package is created.

I would like my order to be shipped out the same day my order is placed, what time do I need to place my order by so it ships same day?

Due to a combination of order volume and extra steps required for PACT Act compliance, we are no longer able to guarantee same day shipping.  While we will make every effort to fill and ship orders as they are received, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier.  

I received my tracking number, but it is not showing any updates, what does this mean?

Our system will generate an email with tracking number as soon as a label is created. Packages are dropped off to the carrier twice a day Monday-Friday and once on Saturday. Sometimes scans are not updated until later in the evening, or the following day.  In the event that you are concerned your tracking information has not been updated, please reach out to us at support@zuluvape.com.

Once your order has been tendered to the delivery carrier, the actual delivery date depends entirely on the carrier.  Transit times may be affected by a variety of factors- extreme weather, natural disaster, national emergencies or the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. 


We are unable to provide any updates beyond the tracking number provided when your shipping label was created.


We are unable to refund shipping costs due to carrier delays.  


I received the wrong item, or my item is damaged, what should I do?

In the event you receive a wrong item, or item is damaged, please email an image of your item with the packing slip to support@zuluvape.com.

Is discreet packaging offered?

Yes, all packaging is discreet. There are no logos or product information on delivery packages. 

My order has been placed, where can I find my tracking number?

You should receive your tracking number via email.

Is overnight shipping option available? 

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer overnight shipping as an option to our customers.  


My order status is showing 'delivered' on tracking, however I did not receive my item. Will you send me a replacement for any lost or stolen items?

 We email the tracking number to your email listed when you place an order, so be sure to track your package so you can be available when your package is scheduled to arrive.***ONCE AN ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED (TRACKING), WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE CORRECT ADDRESS IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER***  Please be sure to check your mailbox, front door, or check with neighbors to see if your package was placed at their box or doorstep accidentally.
